Consulted with this guy about being the shop for my food truck and rebuilding the Transmision. He talked a good game after delivering my truck he could not deliver services. Kept my truck with no communication as to when it would be complete not even an estimate. A week after I arrived to shop to hear that the transmission was with another guy who builds them and was waiting on a part (the same part they were waiting on when I dropped it off). We were traveling long distance when our trailer's wheel bearing went out a few miles from Matt's shop. He started working on it as soon as we limped in, and had us out of there very quickly. He went above and beyond expectations.
