Arnie installed an HRV, condensate pump and fire dampener in our daycare building. He is kind, knowledgeable and accommodating. We will call him for our other plumbing and HVAC needs without hesitation.
Gave great advice to unholy our blockage in our house but overall it was my housemate that her remedy worked
He came to do simple trouble shooting for a couple issues. He didn't know anything about HVAC, not only did he not know how to check our thermostat system or AC. He ended up opening a water valve that was clearly disconnected and ended up flooding out the kitchen and causing water damage in our basement. He was unprofessional and unqualified to be doing work on anything. He took no responsibility for his error and gave no solutions and made excuses. He's incompetent and unethical. Would recommend no one use this company.
WARNING!! I had a flood caused in my house by this contractor. I booked him to fix issues with my air conditioner and dishwasher. In both HVAC and plumbing it seemed like he had no clue what he was doing. He didn't know how to work a basic thermostat and I had to show him how. For the dishwasher, instead of turning its waterline on and off, he turned the waterline to the uninstalled sink on. This caused under our kitchen sink to flood and leak all the way to the basement.
