I was a little worried I was in over my head on a toilet installation issue, I called Tommy at 4 PM on a Friday afternoon and he was at my house within 15 minutes, showed me what I needed to do, gave me some advice, and didn’t charge me. Very helpful, ended up completing the project off his advice and didn’t need his assistance, but will certainly be the first person I call if I run into any plumbing issues in the future.

Tom was here instantly with a new water heater. Got it installed and up dated to today’s requirements. Cleaned up after himself and I am happy. Thank you Tom.

Tommy is amazing! He re-plumbed the whole exterior piping of our old house about 7 years ago. Recently our antique shower assembly broke - water everywhere - Tommy was here within the hour and creatively got the shower serviceable right away - making custom washers and tools. He researched the existing hardware and was able to find replacement kits for all our bathrooms saving us thousands of dollars and not destroying vintage tile. Okay, here's the deal. If you want an expert in plumbing who is punctual, knowledgeable, and honest Tommy from Countryside plumbing is your guy. We had a tankless water heater that was leaking and he immediately diagnosed the problem A copper condensation line that was supposed to be plastic. It also was not up to code as the condensation line dripped into a bucket in the garage. He piped the new plastic pipe outside as the code requires and all works perfectly. Tommy is the real deal.
