I look after a gentleman in a nursing home who went to this office, they took his denture to fix it, then they closed the office without any notification to come and pick up his denture. Now he has no denture and he is indigent and doesn't have the funds to get a new one.
The dentist at this office ****** ****** refused to fill a cavity for me stating that it "wasn't deep enough". I told him that I was in pain from it and he then tried to tell me it was a stain and refused to look at it for me. I asked if it was in fact a stain then why does it hurt and why won't it come off with deep cleaning and he started accusing me of calling him a liar. This dentist office is very unprofessional and rude. The receptionist is very obnoxious and started yelling at my husband and I as we were reading the reviews amongst ourselves she cussed us out and demanded that we leave the office because we were reading the reviews nobody came out to rectify the situation. The situation ended up in a screaming match between the receptionist and my husband and myself and nobody intervened whatsoever.
Business response:
If a patient is screaming so loud that doors are shaking security is called they are asked to leave. The front desk never muttered a single curse word, and reading the past reviews at a yelling volume to the other patients waiting in the lobby is disruptive and harassing. So, as a result you and your husband were asked to leave. This made you call the front desk a series or profanities and flick her off while yelling threats, while your husband begged you to follow him out as security was approaching. Rude customer service as well as trying to charge me when I have insurance miss lead me I have to go in there that they would take care of my needs and then did a bait and switch
