I cannot say enough good things about Countryside Senior Living! As I hospice nurse I travel all over the valley and am in and out of several facilities, and in my opinion this is one of the best, if not THE best one I have had the privilege to work alongside in caring for their residents. I had the privilege of visiting my grandmother here, who is 94 years old and has dementia. As her grandchild, and as a neurologist, I was blown away by the care that everyone on staff had for my grandmother. Not every memory care facility has that special ingredient- true compassion for their residents, and that is what I saw at Countryside living. What once was a safe place for loved ones, has turned into a trash can of a business. No documentation for injuries to patients. Issues with missing or stolen items of rented hospital equipment. They force out anyone who complains. The turnover rate of employees has led us to look elsewhere as the quality of life has significantly slumped.
