Was contacted more then a few times about the dealership buying back my 2022 Laramie for a trade in or just buying back. I made an appointment for a recall at that time they took pictures and assured me I would get a phone call back either way, if they were interested or not. Then 45 days later I reached back out to the dealership and the associate assured me he would contact me the next day at 10 am (March 28th). So it's April 5th and pretty much just been ghosted. Nothing like paying twice for the same service. Purchased a new Ram in 2022 and pre-paid for 4 oil changes. Had o ne done elsewhere and 2 here previously. Booked my 3rd one 10 days after the 2 year anniversary and they wouldn't honour it. Not sure how an oil change that I paid for can expire? It was not sold to me as a service agreement, their words at the time was "if you prepay for 4 oil changes now there is a discount" shame on me for not reading the fine print I guess... Mike Kane was fantastic helping me find the vehicle, I didn’t even know I wanted. He listened to what I was looking for in a vehicle and was very active finding all sorts of options and narrowing it down. Very reliable, straight forward and honest. Would send anyone his way looking for a vehicle of any make !
They’re only good when they’re selling their cars to their costumers but when it comes to their service it is awful, recently brought my vehicle for minor issue regarding my car defrost setting and even with my extended warranty they still charge me for probably 15 mins job, very very frustrating how they do business
