Literal Scammers. Booked an inspection, told them what we were hearing, the girl on the phone wrote something else apparently. They did an inspection without diagnosing the sound and after telling them again what we were hearing they inspected again and then charged us for two inspections in a 20 minute timespan. Fully knowing it was their fault and still double charged us. Unethical scammers. Take your car anywhere else.
The service advisor Paul was outstanding. I had an issue with another dealership (Warranty Repair Delay and Poor Service) and Paul got my vehicle in right away and got the issue fixed within 3 hours. He took what could have been a long, drawn-out, and exhausting situation and resolved it quickly and seamlessly. It honestly felt like he waved a magic wand and made everything better. Brought my new to me Jeep in to be serviced last week, every staff member was extremely friendly, helpful and made it such a lovely experience from start to finish! They offered beverages and snacks while I waited, and were quick to answer any questions I had, they even washed it before letting me know it was ready to go.
