Went to the parts/service counter there to get a replacement lugnut lock for my car or have them take off the ones on my car so I could replace them. Told by a gentleman at the counter they may have one that would fit. He then went to the office to speak to a women in service who told him to tell me to call the 800 number in my owner's manual and FCA would send me a replacement. Took my Jeep in last Thursday, June 18th at 8am, was told on Tuesday June 15th any day that week was good. Jeep was not looked at until Friday after 4pm. Monday June 22 get a call in the afternoon that catalytic was plugged and needed new, quote 8000.00 dollars for part. I got the part for 1800.00. They are charging me 400.00 to install on top of other charges. As of today, Wednesday June 24th still not done.
