Paid $200 for a landscape consult and i was so excited! It took over 2 weeks to get a quote. The construction manager came to look at the space with me not present and decided the job was too small. I am extremely disappointed and frustrated with the wasted time as the likelihood in my finding a good contractor now is very slim. All I have for $200 is a photo (thank goodness I took one) of the sketched design, wasted time, hope and a boatload of disappointment. Correspodence was challenging and spotty. Changed to 5 star from 1 star. Countryside Tree Farm service was excellent. They replaced the tree with a different tree including delivery and installation. They were very easy and pleasant to deal with. I highly recommend Countryside Farm, if there is a problem, they will solve it. Well done! Photos are of new tree (Muckle Plum) and old infested Manchurian Ash. Original Sold us a Manchurian Ash infested with Cottony ash Psylids. The tree came clearly infested. How cute is this Blue Diamond Spruce! It’s the bluest of the blue, semi dwarf, and they are the only ones who sell it in the area. Very friendly staff at Countryside, it’s my first year gardening and I asked way too many questions they are so helpful. Pricing is also the best in town. Update: was there again today and they had the healthiest well price Saskatoon bushes . I was also at spend it up and the Saskatoon berry farm and these guys had the best by far. Spruce it up was second.
We ordered a tree from them in April and got it in June. Although Melissa in the office is pleasant, she was a bit disorganized and some of her communications were not the best. (Emailing the wrong person & quoting the wrong pricing). She was quick to fix it though. Otherwise, everything else was great. Our new tree is lovely and the perfect size. The installer is TOP NOTCH. Kudos to him for his service and level of care during install.
