I moved into the Enduro townhomes the end of April. Wright was the landscaper hired to install all of the landscaping here. From the first night, I noticed sprinkler emitters seemed to be wrong for the area (misting in a very windy area) and there was a lot of overspray (wasting water and depositing hard water on vehicles in virtually every stall). This company is contracted to do landscaping for our builder, Century Homes. The landscaping if very poorly done/graded and worse than this, the sprinkler system is absolutely overkill with how it's been setup/configured; the entire system was done with small spray sprinkler heads across our entire large front lawn, which means they used an unnecessary amount of PVC and heads to cover watering for the lawn; second, they seem to think that 12 sprinkler valves were necessary to JUST the front lawn, on a 16 zone controller. Very WRONG landscaping. They don’t seem to know how to put in a normal sprinklers system. They don’t know how to put sod in, it is very uneven and gets caught in the lawnmower. They didn’t bury the drain properly and it got demolished by the lawnmower. There was a giant leak that had to be repaired in the valve box. They didn’t landscape the property line properly so our neighbors sprinklers on in our yard.
