Super ghetto inside and out u have to call just to get in and it smell disgusting inside I left immediately after that and didn’t even check in I called for a refund which I could get other then $50 for the first night which is understandable but when I called the manager told me that’s not their policy as I’m looking at it on their website lol I ended up going higher up and getting a refund and an apology for the manager lying lmao jus wanted to warn anyone if this happens to u just dispute the charge management sucks here ... read more

I had reservations for this place weeks In advance and have never communicated with anyone. My uber driver dropped me off at the front door with my luggage at about 11:00am and it was in the 20’s outside so it was very cold. So I tried to go in and the door was locked so I called the number on the door and got ahold of the receptionist and told him that I had reservations that night and I was wondering if I could come in and warm up and figure out what to do until I checked in. Bad service owners are rude as hell and just hang up when you ask how much a room is plus from the pictures its old and outdated terrible
