This company does a terrible job for our HOA. Recurring problems include their workers leaving food scraps and bones where they eat their meals, weed whipping utility wires, mowing too fast in the same pattern and wearing down the lawn to the dirt killing the grass, not cleaning up the clippings, and careless snow removal from the sidewalks with their machines leading to tearing up the grass and not repairing it so there's a path of dirt and mud next to the sidewalks.

Our HOA has contracted with Countryside to do our landscaping. It appears they have subcontracted it out to another company. They have done a terrible job. They chop and destroy everyone's flowers, yet neglect to handle weeds. Its July 7th and they have yet to ONCE trim the bushes in the walkway leading to my and my neighbors front door. We couldn't walk out the front door to our driveway without brushing up against the bushes. I finally took my kitchen scissors and trimmed them myself. My back patio is also being overtaken ... read more

If i could leave a zero I would have. This company has a contract with our townhouse community and they are the worst!!! They don't landscape at all! They barely mow if they do landscape it's to cut down and pull out all the residents fowers and plants. As for the bushes the community has put in our yards they don't trim them, and if they do do they cut them all down. When they mow they leave big patches that they miss and don't weedwack around the driveway or sidewalks. Before you even consider hiring them think again.
