Every single time I walk into this store, staff immediately offer assistance to find products that I was shopping for. They are all so friendly, walk you straight to the aisle and show you options of products to choose from and offer their expert opinion on what to choose if asked. I needed a specific product and once one staff member couldn't find it immediately, he enlisted the help of two others until it was found. Their customer service is excellent and the store itself is always well-maintained.

Why go anywhere else? These people must have saved me over a thousand dollars in various household repairs and jobs. They are always willing to help and provide you with the tools and parts you need to tackle those jobs. I've replaced electrical outlets, washing machine hoses, faucets and dozens of things I've forgotten about. There is one man in particular who I like to deal with in store. He is always able to explain to me how to preform these jobs and since I have always bought Moen products, those replacements were free ... read more
