Only needed to purchase a quarter inch cement drill bit. The young man (employee) took me right yo where they were located, pulled one from the locked cabinet and I was on my way. Professional and very courteous. Thank you very much.
Asked for an item’s location in the store from the manager who was speaking to the cashier and instead of showing me where it was she just pointed in the direction it was. When I came back to get more information about where it was she raised her voice at me. Shame on this manager who thinks they have the right to speak to anyone like this. It would only take a moment but instead I’m writing this review to have this addressed.
