Countryside Hearing Aids is the very top shelf of service, care, expertise, etc. The care and expertise are stellar and their integrity is flawless. Jennifer is always most willing to help, and Tom's expertise is excellent. I am so glad to have found their clinic. My hearing aids are many years old, and I was concerned that they were beyond repair. Tom repaired them back to new and the cost was very reasonable. I wholeheartedly recommend their services.
When my parents moved to Dunedin in 2015 they chose Countryside Hearing Aid Services to care for their existing hearing aids. Tom, Laurie and Jennifer not only provided excellent technical skills in caring for both their hearing and their aids, but they also provided a place of warmth, caring and friendly smiles. Always have an excellent experience while being serviced by Tom and his staff. He is extremely knowledgable, friendly and professional. Jennifer is wonderful and extremely helpful with appointments and any questions you may have. 100% recommend using their services for hearing aid maintenance and other related serrices.
I came in a few years ago with what I thought was an odd request. My sister in law had upgraded her aids to a higher level and offered her old ones (two years old) to me I just needed to have them reprogrammed. Countryside was very efficient and polite and reworked these in a short time for reasonable price. I would highly recommend them for their service and congeniality, always polite and welcomming
