Jackie the facility owner is a very mean person, she taunts the special needs residents there, she calls them stupid and crazy, if they ask her something she replies with I don't care, she holds back food from the ones she doesn't like, she is truly a Horror..
Under staffed
Best care ever.. when things go wrong is the true test. Countryside haven puts their residents best interests first. Very low turn over in staff due to the great owners. I am truly blessed to have found this for my mom. They even accept Medicaid
My experience with this assisted living facility has been great. The staff is thoughtful,attentive, and kind. So good to residents.
So grateful to find a place finally that takes such good care of its residence.
