Jeff the salesman is great, however, the owner who draws up the actual quotes could not figure out how to design and provide a simple sliding glass shower door estimate. I waited two weeks to find out she quit working on my estimate because it was “too complicated”. Unacceptable!
Top notch glass work for new buildings and service calls. Can't beat them over 500 years experience combined in the building.
THEY NO LONGER DO SERVICE & REPAIR: They used to have good service. They used to serve local companies. Their website doesn’t reflect what they actually do anymore. They replaced a broken window on our business a few years ago. However, we just had another broken window and they didn’t return our call. So, two days later I just show up at the shop and show them pictures and ask if they can board it up and have someone come out to see if we need to replace the one window or the whole panel.
