I had an accident where I broke four vertebrae in my lower back. When I came home from the hospital, I was ready to crawl into my flexsteel recliner and sleep for a week. It was Friday at 2:30 when I was released and when I got home, my recliner was broken!!! I was in full panick mode and called Don. I cant wait until Monday! Outstanding products and end to end service. Jim was incredibly patient, helping us to work through options and styles. Joe and team ensured the delivery and set up were flawless. I can't say enough good things about this team and their products. If you are looking for furniture and haven't tried them, I recommend you do! We are in Columbus and it's worth the drive to their store!
