I’ve had multiple issues with this bank due to communication errors. They blame it on the merge the merge has taken place years ago and you’re still not that great. Empower is 100 times better!
Newly redesigned and welcoming
People here are great, no doubt. Friendly and courteous. However, it's been poor communication with how the ACH accounts were handled. My car loan payment got cut off without warning because of their routing number being changed. They've had shoddy guidance since that start of the changeover as to the specifics of this situation. It's cost me a $20 fee because of it.
