I’ve only had great experiences at Countryside Family Practice—from the front office to the medical staff to Dr. Houska. Dr. Houska is exceptionally thorough, has a wonderful bedside manner, and truly takes his time with patients. He also listens, which is so important when creating effective treatment plans. I’m grateful for everyone at this office and appreciate the excellent care you’ve provided me throughout the years. Thank you!
I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this medical practice. I scheduled an appointment for a physical and re-establishment of care. During that visit, they went through what I understood to be a routine physical exam. At the end, I was told I needed to come back for the physical, and that what they had just done only counted as a re-establishment of care. I returned for the second visit, expecting something different. Instead, they repeated the exact same steps. Nothing changed. Then, I was billed for both visits... read more
