I’m extremely disappointed with my experience at this medical practice. I scheduled an appointment for a physical and re-establishment of care. During that visit, they went through what I understood to be a routine physical exam. At the end, I was told I needed to come back for the physical, and that what they had just done only counted as a re-establishment of care.
