I bought a house that had a generator that was not working. The technician arrived and said he was not allowed to even look at it because it was too close to an air conditioner. We discussed possible purchase of a new one in a different location. His supervisor was going to email an estimate the next day but it never arrived. I called and was told he would be sending it. This is for driving like a jerk on 161
Lack of details. We've had to replace breakers, have outlets redone. Our outlet even shocked my wife. The electric in the house isnt even 2 years old. It was a complete remodel and all new electric. I would highly suggest not using them.
I have a brand new Generac generator installed recently. I started experiencing some fault alarms. I called Countryside on Father's Day Sunday and expected to leave a message but Mark answered the phone. He came out the same day (in between picnics) and verified the issue and had Eric come out the next day. Eric found some ground wires internal to the generator that were not terminated properly at the factory which caused the alarms.
