I had a very poor experience with this office. I requested a copy of my son’s X-rays and was refused twice because the office said the insurance had not paid the claim yet. Only after I researched Illinois patient rights and submitted a written request citing the applicable laws did they provide the X-rays. The customer service was also unprofessional and unhelpful.
