"RICKV1MILL" wrote a positive review, and the owner is Rick Vitiello. Coincidence, or a stupid owner trying to post a fake positive review of his own business? Google reviews are more in line with what I experienced: Rude, unprofessional, hanging up, etc. Rick expects a customer to pay for the company's mistake. That might have worked back in the old Junkyard Dog days, but businesses are now expected to own liability when they are wrong.
