Rick is awesome,he helped us out of a jam overnight….my alternator was shot and he had it replaced by early the next morning….at home…no way….he was practical, capable and totally reasonable in his expectations for the cost of the repair…he lent us his 4Runner so we could keep fishing that day and to get to out hotel and back the next morning….what great service provider….you need a mechanic the Dorchester/Decorah area, make sure you go see Rick….Super!
This dude is a scam artist. I was from out of town and broke down near his shop. He changed the price 3 different times for a simple alternator installation. After he almost doubled the price when i came to pick up the car he claimed he never said that. After informing him.our conversation was recorded and I would be calling the sheriff he agreed to the original price to get me to leave.
