If your looking to rent this season I DO NOT RECOMMEND LOT 915... THE OWNER NEVER HAS THIS PLACE CLEANED, ITS DIRTY. The owner has the neighbor next door spying on me. Her name is Trisha. She walked in on me without knocking first. I was pissed. She looks in the front porch windows when she's walking her dog and reports back to the owner. The owner requires a $1000.00 deposit for damages and utilities for just a one months stay. I better get money back. I have pictures.. I can't wait to get out of here this weekend.
Not worth the overpriced outrageous lot rent. Front office staff is horrible, disrespectful and very unhelpful. This place needs some serious upgrades.
Rent for a space is grossly over and out of line with the rest of state. Amenities are no thing special. Over all, is okay, nut not worth the rent.
