This place is inept. I have a child with Autism and I use Countryside to help get funding. Their email has been down for a week so I cant easily send them documents they asked for and when I called to ask when it would be up they told me it would be down for at least another week. As a business owner with access to an IT professional, I know this is either a lie or someone at the top is clueless. If they manage something as vital as their email this poorly, just image how awful the rest of the organization is managed.
