Moved in there November of 2024 and was let out of the lease in March of 2025 due to a roof leak , the floor was rotted out my washing machine would shake really bad because of the floor being rotted and it had mold in the attic and underneath the apartment. You could smell it once I moved in there. I got sick and one of my dogs got sick. My doctor told me not to go back in there but I had to. The maintenance man got sick from going under the apartment and breathing the mold in. I do not recommend living there.
