My dog had an ear hematoma. My regular vet couldn’t see her for a week. So I started calling vets to see who could see her sooner. Countryside Animal Hospital saw her the day I called. They did her surgery the same day. Her follow up has been wonderful too. I’m so grateful for the exceptional care we received even though we are not established patients. I brought in a new kitten of mine in for a comprehensive exam with Dr. Sturgeon. He also sees my dog and has been amazing every visit. I feel like he truly listens to concerns, he’s knowledgeable and he’s empathic towards my dog who is scared of the vet. He is always clear in communicating and willing to work with us. The staff has also always been kind and scheduling is so easy!
