Excellent. Took my nervous cat there. They did a great job. I was unable to get my cat back inside crate but they helped me which was awesome. Affordable service as well. Update: had to put my cat down and they were very understanding and helped me through this process. Appreciate their empathy.
Countryside and their vets and technicians are always there for us. We had a visiting standard poodle from Puerto Rico here to be bred to one of our males. But he was not interested. Countryside got us in the day we called and did a progesterone on her to find out she had several days before she was ready to breed. Making it easy for the owners to know they could fly home and leave her with us and come back later to pick her up.
The do not follow through with sending you information on how to care for your suffering pet. After pestering them enough, they did fix the lack of care information by letting come back in while they carefully went over care instructions.
I want to thank you guys for getting my dog Parker in for surgery as quick as you did. After calling every vet within 60 miles of me, I was getting extremely worried that by the time anyone else could get him in with the extent of the tumor that needed to be removed from his neck would have been to late. You guys did a superb job. A+ in my book and I highly recommend your services to everyone who has pets.
