We took our three male cats to be fixed two of them being very scared and the staff here did an amazing job with making sure they felt comfortable and that we felt comfortable leaving our babies. They got everything done in a timely manner to where we were able to pick them up that day and it just felt like how the boys acted afterwards the experience went really good for them as they are very scared of anyone but us. Not to mention the prices were the best in town.
I wouldn't bring an animal here unless it was for euthanizing because that's the first thing they offer for a sick cat. The complete lack of compassion is astounding. I understand having to control an animal to do testing but it was unnecessarily rough handling. I lost track of how many times I was told "she's gonna die in 10 days from rabies so bring her back to get checked after she does" or "your cat just isn't meant for this world". Very professional and compassionate. We got absolutely devastating news in regards to our fur baby and Dr Mike was so good and understanding. We began taking our pets to country side after a bad experience at a different clinic. Recommend this clinic any time someone asks us for a good vet. On our current situation I know that nothing can be done but the staff at country side have been so sweet to us. Thank you for everything you do.
