Only great experiences with this clinic! Our first experience with Countryside Animal Clinic was when the owner worked us into the clinic schedule after we had inadvertently walked through a field that left our doggie covered in fleas, and the (then) current preventative was not effective in treating. A different brand of specialty tabs were immediately prescribed and situation resolved as quickly as possible. This is a response to the vet clinics response on a previous review. If you didn't see our dogs why did the OWNER of your clinic call and apologize for my dogs state of being when we picked her up? I see your same "I believe youn went to a different clinic" on many of the low rate reviews left. Take responsibility for your clinics short comings and fix the problems instead of sweeping them under the rug. We took our dogs here for health certs for OFA. When we dropped them off, we asked about flea and tick medication and we're told they needed to see the dogs first. But the dogs were literally in their clinic at the time. After their xrays, we went back to pick them up and one was terrified, the other was covered in her own feces. They casually said "she must have gotten a little sick" but picking up a dog from a vets clinic covered in her own feces is unacceptable.
