The staff at Countryside just don't care. They gaslight you and try to rush you through. No one smiles and all they're concerned about is collecting payment. The Vet can never be seen. The majority of the time I'm given their shots to inject into my animals myself. They are overbooked and understaffed. I've been dealing with them because there's not another Vet in this county.
