Now I come here to mostly get the Brunswick stew because it is so good normally. I'm so glad that I got a bbq sandwich along with it today. I had a coworker that said she didn't like the Brunswick stew here. We didn't know what she was even talking about because it is normally so good. Today I was very disappointed. I hate writing this because I grew up eating at Country’s, and it has always been one of those local restaurants I wanted to support. Unfortunately, after tonight, we’ve decided we probably won’t be back. I’ve noticed a pattern over the past few visits. When the restaurant is being run primarily by younger staff members without what appears to be experienced management present, both the service and the food quality seem to suffer. Can't even get a bake potato with them acting like it's a problem then askedabouta bowl of pulled pork i could take home and make my own bake potato but guess what that seemed to be a problem to....had to come back and rewrite to add husbands food was cold forgot to bring his onions when they did it was like they cut them and sent them out and the tomatoes were not ripe enough to serve as sliced. I've been coming here for years very disappointed.
Our craving for BBQ fix was satisfied at this lunch-time stop
