Took most of the day to figure out how to get to country place customer service line to change my payment date. Luckily after leaving four voicemail mails between the two branches and getting no calls back I called one more time and left a voicemail for Gina Torres. She called me back immediately and said she was on lunch but could call me back soon. She kept her word and found the information I needed! Thank you for all your time Gina! Sorry I interrupted your lunch! 😅 Wish everyone had such a willingness to help like you!
Terrible place and people to deal with. Very slow process in everything they do. Call then wait 72 hours and have to call back to get a response. Quick to take your money and charge you interest but when they owe you money good luck ever receiving it.

I was going to wait to leave a review on Google, Yelp, BBB but I decided I'm tired of waiting and maybe it being posted they'd move faster. So here it is. This process started the end of Feb 2021, Lonn Anderson started off very friendly and responsive on getting me my Preapproval for my home, He answered all my questions and concerns. I have had nothing but a bad experience with this company. Horrible! Communication is certainly not a strong side to this company. I have actually wondered during this process if they’re even legit or not. I have waited long enough to get the service I need to help close on a home and now I haven’t heard from anyone in over a week.
