Country Neighbors prepared two ladders for me and shipped 800+ miles. The craftsmanship was top notch and you could tell there was thought in the placement of each ladder rung. The ladders are very useful and considered rustic craftsman artwork for my cabin. Production was delayed and there were communication issues, but this is a small business and I understood their work load increased during my order. There was no damage during the packing/shipping of the large 2 hand crafted ladders. Thanks, ******************
