We have a window with a broken seal so we asked Country Window and Door to give us an estimate for a repair. They gave us a next day appointment. Roger was prompt and professional upon arrival, he even asked about taking off his shoes! He was quick to assess what was needed for the job and instead of trying to sell us a window or windows we didn’t need he referred us to another glass specialist that would save us a lot of money. He guided me to the correct solution for this situation (garage windows, rather than house windows). Though the project was not large, he still gave it his full attention. I asked for a storm door for Mother's Day and my husband reached out to Country Window and Door for options and installation. Rodger was courteous, knowledgeable, and honest, helping my husband save money wherever possible. When it came time for installation, we didn't even consider less expensive options.
