I had an issue with an operator named Anne Liang. She was absolutely no help once j was redirected to a supervisor he told me I was silly for having a complaint? The company overall is no help. I DO NOT RECOMMEND!
This company is an fraudulent place that needs to shut down...somebody needs to intervene on the operation of this company and investigate it. Something is not right about this company. The supervisors have an attitude problem..hang up in your ears when they owe you money and trying to scam other people's insurance company. This company needs to shut down and some of the employees must go to jail that's how I see it.
