Never again. These people are a total rip off. They do not stand behind their product. They do everything they can to get out of servicing what they install. The owner Dean is disrespectful and a conniving individual. Do yourself a favor choose a different water treatment companies in these folks. You will be very thankful in the end. Sincerely Ken Dignan
Go out of business! Rude and condescending after we used them for 15 years! Go anywhere else unless you have low self-esteem & want to be insulted & berated. Check out yelp - 1 star. The positive review before was one of the owners. The ones listed here are must likely employees or family!
RecommendedAfter moving into a new house a couple months ago, we found out our water softener wasn’t working at all. A neighbor recommended State Soft Water and we’re so glad we called. The owner came to give us a quote, and was very professional. The tech who did the install a few days later was great, the whole thing took less than two hours. And I was impressed that he didn’t even wake my napping 15 month old! 😄 The system is working great, the water feels so much better. We highly recommend State Soft Water!
RecommendedState soft water was outstanding. My wife and I tasted salt in our water and the next day state came out to assess out water. While the water was safe the timer on our 20 year old softener was acting up. Within a couple of days they installed the latest and greatest water softener technology. Within an hour we were back up and running. Thank you so much State Water Softener for taking care of us.
