I've been a customer since 2018 and have had nothing but positive experiences with CWS. From regular maintenance to large jobs, they are unfailingly responsive, professional and efficient. What's more, they truly care about their customers. I especially appreciate their advice on how to get the most out of my equipment, although that means less chance of repair/replacement work for them in the future. Highly recommend.

Variety of stores
No more screaming to my husband "Time to change the filter!" as dirty water fills my bath or blaming the not-so-white toilet bowls on our water. Country Water Systems did a terrific job of sizing a new water filtration system to meet our needs AND to fit in a not-so-big space. The installer gets an A+ for proficiency, professionalism, AND politeness; three qualities that don't always come together.
These people are con artists! I had them do a well and pump inspection while selling my house. They gave me an estimate of several thousand dollars to replace the pump. So, I got a second opinion. Low and behold, according to the second inspector, there was nothing wrong with the pump. When I called Country Water to rightfully complain, I was given some piss-poor, doublespeak excuses.
