Friendly neighborhood
After one year found a few that Things I didn't like. The greenery cleanup comes my bedroom windows a few to many times to clear a four foot space. The bugs (ants)invade the condo when rains come and when the Air conditioner is off(silverfish) and the master bathroom harbours mold and mildew to fast. There are a few other things that affect my cancer recovery but don't general population.so I won't mention them.
My realtor wife was showing a well priced condominium. It was 8 to 10 minutes from Bradenton Beach. Loved it!
Great place for the winter season or year round. Best HOA prices in the area, very well maintained and operated. They have an on site manager and maintenance staff which is a big deal! The past 2 years of grounds improvements has been a big change, there is now a committee doing a wonderful job. Great investment, well managed, fiscally sound, clean and well kept, quiet, with friendly folks as neighbors. Plus a very active club house.
