Rude, inconsiderate neighbors! Office won't control tenants. Says to deal with it yourself. :(
I've been very pleased with my experience all the way around, my only issue is with one of the maintenance people who can be rude and accusatory on occasion about repairs he needs to make in the apartment. I've heard he's done it with a few other people occasionally, but oddly most of the time he's pretty friendly. It's a mixed bag with him.
