Ive been living here for a while and its GREAT to see how country village apt has done a 360! It shows how the former owner of these apartments was a penny pincher and the NEW owner has done some upgrades and pleases his residents making it a more suitable environment. In the past maintenance request were being ignore but after several evening BBQ's ive noticed that management and maintenance have really stepped up and meet all exceptions that weren't meet before. Keep up the good work tanya and crew!!!

Awful management, cheap structures and horrible flooding roads. Government housing seems to be better than this!

These apartments are horrible. We have lived here for less than 3 months and have been unhappy, we have talked to our neighbors who are also unhappy. Most people, including us agree that the management is awful and very unproffesional, the maintanence is very poor and unknowlegable (we called three times for the same thing before it finally got proper attention), and the landscaping does not exist.
