My dad lives here and he loves the place
Very disappointed with this park. I did a roof for a home that just fell out of escrow because the park is trying to raise the space rent from $950 to $1250 for the new buyers and this park does not come with two car garages like diamond K Roseville in which there space rent is only $1249 not near as nice of a park. This is supposedly because the owner wants to sell the park soon and more money than the park is worth. I’m very disappointed
Went to pick up some free seeds for flowers from a very nice gentleman there in the mobile home park
I live here. Love it! The staff is friendly; the park is beautiful! Lots to do!
