My experience with this place was less than ideal. To begin with, the customer service is subpar. We were told that we had to arrive by 5:30pm. We explained our situation that we get out of work at that time and asked for an extension. Hesitantly the lady said yes but called every five minutes after 5:30 to make sure we were on our way. With a toddler in the car and pulling a 34Ft trailer this was a very ugly experience for us.
