Nothing gets fixed, looks like trash. Landlord does little and maintenance is another story all together. It may be a haven, well it was at one time....now they want everyone gone, just to make it an RV park.
The community is great. The maintenance and owner is great. It is affordable housing. My only concern and for the lack of stars is the arsenic in the water... If the water didn't have arsenic, I would give it 5 stars.
Landlord and owner who also lives on the property is always threatening to evict most tenats for nothing. Doesn't know how to run the properties and they are all falling apart.
"If you can't say something good ...." A place of refuge for the down and out.
