We had a second great rehabilitation there at Country Manor. 1st time 9 years ago my dad broke his right hip. Country Manor staff helped rehabilitate him. This second time around he broke his left hip. Country manor the second time around the staff helped rehabilitate him again. The staff on every shift is friendly and helpful. The only area of improvement is weekly updates from therapists on progress.
We knew we needed a reset but was afraid to leave Dad. There were soooo many questions: Would they care for him? Would he eat the food? Would he have a shower? The most important was would they be patient and kind to him? After visiting and talking to staff we decided he was in good hands. We went camping and returned 2 weeks later. Dad gained a few pounds, was clean and happy!! Thank y’all for taking care of Dad. May God bless each of you with a double portion for your kindness and care.
I am a caregiver and my client who used to live here has told me some pretty serious horror stories about the staff that worked here and without going into details to protect their privacy let me say it is appalling! If you care for your family members and friends, don't send them here.
I had to go there for rehab and they don't let use the toilet they make you wear diapers so u have to deficate in your diapers and be cleaned by someone else I found it repulsive. If I could sue I would. Don't let a family member go there.
