Nice to live in
Been living here for about half a year now. They changed owners but it’s still in the family. They have rules but they are understandable to help keep the peace and keep it a wonderful place to live. Very friendly place. Affordable. Clean. Well kept. Happy to be here.
Watch where you step when thinking about this community. The community is great. The management is awful. There are more rules and laws there than there is in a communist country. My mother can’t even put an umbrella clothesline out there without getting in trouble. There is a well For the community to have their water from and it’s not even fit to drink and they have to pay for it so do your math don’t go into this with your eyes closed
