who is the property manager on this property?
Worst management company ever!! No maintenance people, been waiting for my a/c repair for a year, not knowledgeable. Discrimination on rental amounts, charges whatever they can get. Sewage outside for six months, won’t clean up.
I put the eitk irder in fir the screens back in May if 2024 and it was not completed until February of 2025. Almost a year.
Ceiling in the bathroom and kitchen was leaking on 9/10 and the worker said he was coming back to fix the rotted wet walls and they never returned and our house smells like mold and sewage.
