If there were an option for a negative rating, I would definitely choose it. The mailbox system is absolutely terrible—mail is often stolen or tampered with, and there’s no CCTV coverage on one side to deter it. The pool is consistently dirty and poorly maintained, and the roach problem is out of control. Overall, a horrible living experience. I would not recommend this place to anyone.
I and my roommate move in today Sabrina help us to fill-out all things regarding documents for leasing and they were very polite and on-time response.

Great environment I am a marine veteran and it is close to the VA hospital. I am currently renewing for a 2 bedroom me and my 2 boys enjoy the property and the pools always clean to cool off. Maintenance is very attentive to the residents needs such repairs are done in a quick and timely manner. And management is very helpful
Me parece muy agradable el ambiente es muy cómodo para vivir tranquilo el lugar muy limpio la piscina siempre está limpio y organizado el personal de mantenimiento estan muy atento cuando se trata de un problema y el personal de la oficina son muy servicial
