Christmas 2025 : Rented the Family Home Windsurfer from this Company/ Country Values Holiday Homes in Lancelin. As a South African Travel Agent, what a dissapointment on Service from Agency. The House had a non working Aircon , reviews stated it from Oct and nothing was done to get it working for the Dec Holidays. The house overall was dirty with no cleaning equipment available and no response from agent on any of our requests. Michelle Gnade Travelcounsellors
I can see why they have only got a 2.9 review rating. No bedding were they expecting me to sleep on the mattress. Very poor communications. To avoid being over charged use another company.
Basic accommodation. However please note your bunk beds are non compliant per Australian law as the top bunks do not have rails.
