5B, U2 Cunliffe St Lancelin Dirty, ants everywhere, discusting windows on the balcony and entry door is filthy. This property hasn't been looked after at all. $220 a night with a $200 cleaning fee but the place is filthy. The black mold and soap scum in the bathroom could easily be wiped off but nothing's been cleaned. The floorboards have strange holes in them with whitish powder around them, someone's either put any killer in them or the ants are eating through the floor. Property had major water leak, had to turn off water mains at night so we could sleep. Kitchen was gross and dishes were stuck to the bench with mouse poo underneath. The dishwasher reeked. Toilet seat wasn't attached to the toilet. Was charged an extra $350 on top of accommodation for some "hosting fee" which wasn't mentioned on the website. Maybe with that extra money you guys should hire a tradie - or three.
