Good park to live in. Next to no drama. Low lot rent. Pretty. Homes aren’t expensive - mortgage plus lot rent - affordable.
Peaceful, safe, convenient, best kept secret in Ocala. Most residents have lived here for years. Nice place. They don’t allow criminals or riffraff, just decent working or retired people. The owners are honest, good people who care. That’s rare. They get people causing problems and disturbing everyone else out. They make people who’s cats roam and spray everyone else’s cars and yards get them under control. You have to keep your place looking good, pay your rent on time, and make your kids behave. If you do, you’ll love it.
Office managers TIFFANY THOMAS AND JAMES/JIM LAWHUN are just nasty people AND THIEVES...They lyed to Ocala police officers that I assaulted a man named jim/James lawhun...i NEVER TOUCH HIM...he came to my home and banged on my door so hard that the walls were shaking. I lived in this park for a year in a half and it was nothing but problems. The office manager looks nice at first but looks can be deceiving.They got me with the rent to own SCAM!my trailer was worth 7000 max. I ended up paying 12,000. They take advantage of single women, people with disabilities blacks and hispanics. Bullying is allowed!
