Room is dirty, dead bugs in the lights, carpet not swept, toilet still had urine drops on it...kinda nasty overall...🤷🏻‍♂️

Check in was easy once you find where to check in. It’s in a whole separate building but there are signs leading the way. It’s in a good location and was quiet and felt safe . The room: It was ok considering the price . If I had paid more I think I’d be more annoyed . The door chain lock was broken off, and there was something going on with the door where we had to push the door with our shoulder and all our body weight to open it each time. If I can give any lower stars I would. Just run away from this place. My husband had made a reservation for me and my one year old son to check into. After walking half a mile in the heat with my son, we were denied check in DESPITE the fact we had PRE-PAID for the hotel. When we asked for a refund due to them not allowing us to check in and the state of the building we were told no refund of nearly $200. Nice place with full-size refrigerator that was better than expected. The room was nice, they must’ve renovated it put tongue and groove wood paneling. Not cheap-0 fake wood, like inch thick tongue in groove like you’d find in a sauna. Front desk was professional and nice. Didn’t get to try the hot tub. The office is a little tricky, it’s back in the campground/cabin area but there are signs to it. Didn’t try out t he tv, but it was a big screen and a nice brand.
