DO NOT BUY TIRES FROM THESE GUYS!! I drove on the same tires for 4 years 80k km with no issues at all. One set of tires from these guys and I have been back several times complaining about my front tires rubbing, including just 3 months ago. They swore up and down there’s no issue. After losing control on the highway I took my truck into a tire shop in Kelowna and was told A) this brand of tires is garbage and they don’t even carry them for that reason, B) the front alignment is WAY off and the inner part of my drivers side ... read more
Great service, they had me in and out before I could finish my complimentary beverage. Repair is holding so far, no complaints from me.
I bought a set of used tires the other week, but before picking them up, Marko noticed a bulge in one of the used tires and had his team immediately swap two of the tires out for replacements. Him and his team were great at making sure I was well sorted as quickly as they could. They are very thorough and professional. I’d highly recommend dealing with Country Tire; you won’t be disappointed.
I've been meaning to write this for some time. I purchased brand new tires for my son's car Apr 2024. I had good service, so I came back in Nov 2024 for a flat tire repair for my car. June 2025, I started getting a slow leak from the tire that I had the flat repair done. I brought it into another tire dealer. Honest and kind! I used to get tires here when I lived around the corner so made the trip from Vancouver to replace my winter tires today. Marco called me shortly after dropping off my car sharing that my current winter tires were fine - just needed a rotation! I so appreciate the honesty and integrity to not sell me tires when my current ones were fine for at least another season! Will definitely keep coming back ☺️
