Two weeks ago I went out to Country Tire to purchase four new snow tires for my car. I took my old snow tires, on rims with me. They took the car into the service bay and then within a couple minutes they came out and asked me why I didn’t just get those tires and rims put back on. Terrible experience. I picked up my car and while driving away, my screen said all four of my new tires are low pressure and need air. I called the shop back four times and no one returned my call. Then someone messaged me and they said they could schedule me in the next day to check it out. The shop is an hour away from me and also I didn’t feel safe driving on flat (brand new) tires.
