My mom has been at this facility for 3+ yrs. I have no complaints with the staff. They have by far been the most caring and compassionate place my mom has been. My concern is with the corporation that owns this place. The telephones have been messed up for well over a year now. You can only get in touch with someone during daytime hours. My mom has been very ill over the last year and I can never get through after 5pm to check on her. Luckily, I have a few of the staffs personal numbers.
